I appreciate comments-whether to my email addy (highmountainranch@povn.com) or here on the blog.
As a lot of readers know, I sustained a fairly intense closed head injury about five years ago. While I've tried to keep the vision challenges updated, the cognitive stuff I haven't really detailed because its complicated, even contradictory at times ( how can someone have intact long term memory but gaps in their short term memory??? ). I underwent extensive testing last year at the U of W Neuro Rehab Clinic that at least explained some of these tendencies so I no longer feel like I'm going crazy.
I write this post because sometimes I make mistakes, especially when I post to the blog, and the editors that have looked over my more formal writing efforts don't do the same here. Mistakes that others would probably catch before they clicked update and posted their entries, I don't see. Many times I don't catch errors until someone points them out to me-which I'm always very grateful for...
So, if you dear readers ever come across something that doesn't make sense, is obviously misspelled-like Bill O' Reilly's name has been in way too many posts-which I, even while holding the book jacket in my hands, still managed to misspell, let me know.
I admit that I have experienced many chapters of idocy in my life. Blessings, whose outcomes I was gentlly reminded lof ast night by my long time friend Jim. I'm not afraid to write about such clownery. Yet I would hope that in the telling of such events, I could at least communicate these blunders complete with the proper spelling and verb tense.
Thanks...
