I am not normally one for theme parks, but Seaworld was amazing. My sister Kellie talked me into ponying up a few bucks for a private Dolphin Encounter. I was cynical, but it turned out to be one of the most intense experiences I've ever had. Living in Pend Oreille County, I am used to seeing elk, bear, moose and other animals up close. But I'd never had an opportunity to have this sort of encounter with a marine mammal. If you make it down to Seaworld, make sure you treat yourself to this experience.
