The following set of pictures are a bunch of random shots from the Memorial Day Holiday. My cousin Stacy came and brought her kids Madison and Ayson, along with my cousin Mike's kid Connor. It was the first time Kelcy met some of her cousins and she had a great time. I also think the adults also had a tremendously wonderful time. The theme park shown in many of the shots is abou 45 miles south of here and it's called Silverwood.

The house felt very empty after everyone was gone. But we look forward to the next visit...

My bro loves roller coasters and scary rides. So does Kevin. Madison, in the middle is a gymnastics nut. She's also used to flying through the air for no good reason.

Things that make you go hmmmm. And Why.

So they had these little quarter machines near the log ride. Put in a quarter and a magical little geyser erupted. But as with many things in life, timing is everything.

Which means, in order to understand this timing stuff we drenched a lot of strangers. It was important to practise, try to figure out how things like this work.

So we found that if you wait until the riders pass a certain post, plop in the quarter then count to five, years of childhood issues are resolved with a very simple Ker splash!

But then you will have to plan to sleep with locks on your door for the rest of your life.

Somehow I feel like I landed on an audition for Driving Ms Daisy. Without the Ms Daisy.

So yeah, Kelcy is six. Madison is like 9. Uncle Tim is somewhere around oh...lets just say... could be mistaken for not 29. Combined these two have way more courage than me.

Yep I love my sis. She's mastered so many traits. Gifts I've always wanted to possess. She's patient. She's on time. She's way responsible. And she still has plenty of unconditional love for everyone in her life.

My sister is a great mom. She does most of the chores at home so she is very used to wash cycles. Rinse. Spin. Rinse. Dry. Repeat.
