Several folks wrote to me asking for more details about the jackets we sell. Here is what they look like.

This one we just had made for our "Ten Years on the Web/ Twenty Years in Print" Grand Prize Give Away, won by Charlie, showing both front and back stitch work. If you're interested in getting one made for your mytfine self, let us know. We sell them only for what it cost us to make them-and over the last decade, we've made close to a hundred of 'em.

They last forever, they slowly fade just like a good pair of jeans, and they are surprisingly warm.

Some people, not mentioning any names here, also say they've helped break the ice at certain adult beverage stations where strangers are more inclined to hold up the wall than shake a new friend's hand...
