Here is the link to "Clear Cut". It is the first piece I had published in book form. I believe it was published in May of 1999, in an anthology entitled Second Essense. The book was published by Seattle Pacific University.

Thank you for posting this link. It took everything I had not to break down in tears as I read it. You have such a visceral quality to your writing.
Has your father read "Where Joy Finds You?" He must. It is an accolade that he must know came from you. Print it out and let him read it again and again. What an incredible gift to a father from his son.
You are not broken; you are human. Those of us still growing are always finding our way. Do not apologize for seeking a new path, even in confusion; for you are seeking, and it is enough.
