Apparently Ms Kelcy found it quite difficult to multi-task. The distraction of powder flying up into her eyes was just too much. The solution? Shut the eyes, hold on and wait until...

Well, that would be wait until the sled either lost speed or it collided with some sort of stationary object.

In this case a pole.

Kelcy came out of the collision just fine. The brand new sled? Not so much.
